When I close OBS it crashes

Hi, not a big issue but it became pretty annoying since it's happening for more than a year and I've been lazy to troubleshoot!

ISSUE: When I close OBS whether it's been opened for many hours or only few minutes it hangs and crash. Then I have the crash popup that ask me to save it.

This was happening on my older streaming computer. I've switch to a dual PC setup and moved my OBS installation on the fresh Windows install. That unfortunately didn't fix it. Few weeks ago I've deleted my whole overlay and rebuilt it from 0 on a fresh install of OBS. Sadly the issue came back.

I've got rid of everything I don't need in the overlay so now I have to understand what part of my setup is doing this. Unfortunately I don't understand the error log and I hope someone here could help me point out few ideas according to the log.

This particular crash is triggered by a leaked reference in a 3rd party plugin. It's harmless, everything should be saved by the time the crash happens. I have a fix for it pending some more testing.
