Question / Help When ever i turn on OBS studio the whole computer lags

I used to stream just fine. But now when ever i turn on OBS studio ( I dont even start streaming or anything ) everything starts to lag. cpu and memory and disk usage are not high while obs is on. everything is fine until I turn on OBS studio. and like i said everything used to be fine but now the whole computer lags when i turn it on. I did disk checks, malware checks everything is fine. I allways run OBS as administrator and the settings that i have are exactly the same as when i used to not have any problems at all.

i used to stream just fine with these same settings. but smth happened i dont even know what and now when ever i start obs it freaking lags

OK SO I FIXED THE PROBLEM. I downloaded an older version of obs studio (17.0.2) and the problem was solved. Apparently the new update made my computer lag.
