It started all the sudden yesterday morning when I first turned my computer on, but I haven't tried recording the day before, so unsure of an exact time. I'm suspecting it may be something Windows is doing, as I've noticed it in both recordings for OBS, as well as tested streaming to a friend on Discord. I've already tried the following to no success:
-Capturing in both display mode, and targeted window mode
-Configured both OBS and the game I'm recording to be running on the same graphics source
-All but uninstalling GameBar
-updating Graphics drivers
-re-installing/repairing the most recent Windows 11 update
-multiple restarts through out
An additional detail I think may help: When using window capture, it will record as long as the game is not selected. When I click on the game, that's when it freezes (Though the mouse appears to be captured). When recording with display capture, I record the display just fine with things like File Explorer, Firefox, and Settings. When I launch the game itself, it goes black (mouse is still captured, but much choppier).
Appreciate all/any help in advanced!
