Question / Help WHEA-Logger Error

I am getting a WHEA-Logger warning at a rate of more than 30 per second. If I am broadcasting for more than 60 miniutes the entire computer locks up and must be reset. I have traced it back to the BlackMagic card but they were no help because they do not officially support streaming for these cards.

Note: The WHEA-Logger warnings start once I open OBS, I don't even have to be streaming. As long as the blackmagic card is listed as a device the errors start!

Below is a copy of the error.

Can anyone help? I don't know what to do.

8086:a116 is a "PCI Express Root Port #7", so the problem is definitely coming from the BlackMagic card. Check the slot is free of any debris or similar or try a different slot. Also try using BlackMagic Desktop Video and seeing if the problem reproduces, but this is almost certainly faulty hardware (either the motherboard or the card).
