Question / Help Whats does "Frames missed due to rendering" Mean?

Obvious question, I suppose.

How to I get this down to zero? Is it even possible to get it down to zero and what is the impact of missed frames?

Normally it means that your GPU is overloaded, so OBS couldn't take care of its housekeeping tasks in time to produce the frame to send to the encoder.
You can try running OBS as Administrator (there's a workaround that lets OBS try to take GPU time first if running as Admin), or turning on vsync in your game to reduce the GPU load.

How do I get OBS to run as Admin? or how do I reduce the load on the GPU, I am not streaming games but video from the webcam and sending sound as well.
