What's causing me to keep getting the encoding overloaded error

Honestly I've tried everything to what little knowledge I have with obs too scared to mess with anything and make things worse and do a fresh install and set everything up again but if no one else can help then I'll just do that cause idk anymore

Some rendering lag/GPU overload & encoding lag. Just need to reduce the load..

I would try running monitor 2 @ 120HZ instead of 165 & see if that's enough to end the rendering lag.

For the encoding lag, try Preset P4/P5, P7 is too slow for 120FPS.

ok ill try that and I've tried the different presets and still gave me that error
