What's a good choice of bitrate for my graphics card?

Hello! I've recently upgraded to a better computer for the same price (nice) but i don't know what is a good bitrate for it.
My graphics card is a pretty mid range-high end card and it's pretty cheap, it's a GT 1030 but i need reccomendations for the amount of bitrate i should have during recording. I think it's 4000, but i'm not sure.

The GT 1030 does not have an encoder so it really depends on your CPU and what it can handle while you are recording. 4000 Kbs is a good start, so just experiment and check for CPU usage when you are recording to see if it's being overworked. Then either go up or down with your bitrate and preset quality.
