Question / Help Whatever I do I get 480p stream to YT

I need some advice (or suggestion what/where to look or check or test).

When I use OBS and try to stream to YT, regardless of my encoder settings I get suggestion to lower resolution and even if I stream in full HD, my video will always end up being 480p. My video quality is rated as "good" whatever I do (regardless of bitrate, encoder or encoder quality settings).

The strange thing is that if I avoid using OBS and push video directly from my browsers, I get full 1080p live stream (and my machine uploads about 5.3mbit for this to happen).

Hardware is not an issue (AMD Threadripper 2950x, GPU RX5700, 200mbit internet uplink).

Any ideas on what to do, how to test and find the problem?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

I have tried to use ffmpg yesterday to stream from my webcam to youtube (and to castr.io and forward to youtube as is in above setup) and I still managed to get 720p
