Only seems to happen with atmospheric clouds, fire, sparks, rapid movement looking around etc in this final fantasy 7 remake AND other games, setup is a PS5 to elgato capture card in PC to twitch. Doesn't seem these things happen on the monitor playing the game or in OBS. Can OBS be ruled out, or is there something in OBS or the computer that could be obviously causing this. I feel like it could be able anything.
