Hello everyone,
I am having some FPS troubles in games I am trying to record and OBS appears to be the reason, due to probably taking some power from my GPU. Nvidia's Shadowplay function works a lot better for just footage, but that doesn't really fit the bill.
Now, my current specs I think needed from my PC are as follows;
CPU: i7 4790K
GPU: GTX970 4GB
RAM: 16GB DDR3
And my current settings are as follows; (apologies I could not get them to embed)

What should/could I change my settings to to get the best all around performance whilst recording?
What would be the best for streaming?
For any ARMA3 players what would be the best settings to not affect it's performance? (I am only asking as a long shot)
