What would be the best settings for recording for my pc?

Hi, I want to know what settings would be best for recording. I'm not really experienced with obs but I've tried out some settings to see what works best but now I've decided to ask on the obs forum. I want smooth recording without many or any lags/stutters but I don't want it to affect the performance of my pc. I also still want the video to be good quality.

Specs:
i5-3470
GTX 970
12GB Ram
