I don't know if it's a file issue? Some Full Screen games with V-Sync or RTX will take over NVENC/AMF, causing OBS to fail to geometry dash launch:

Try opening OBS first, then opening the game.

Or open OBS with Administrator rights (right click > Run as Administrator).
