Question / Help What suitable bitrate is for my PC

Hey there, I currently have a potato pc almost, it has a fx 3700 graphics card, core 2 quad and 4 gb ram and some SSD hard drive that I don't remember. Can I know how much bitrates shall I set to have perfect recording? Whenever I record at 2500 it shows it too much blurry while 7000 bit is a bit proper, but I need an perfect one. Could you assist me? Also the sounds comes after.

don't record with constant bitrate, always use crf or a variant of it.
CRF 13 should be good for recording
