What Specs and Settings Matter in Getting a High Quality Recording?

I'm recording games for YouTube at 1080p 60hz and they don't look bad, but they're just not turning out as well as I thought they would be able to. I don't know exactly what it is, but the image just looks kind of bad and maybe pixelated at some spots and at different points in the video. This is more rare, but the image would also drop really low in fps sometimes which could've been my game or the recording. I have an rtx 3060 ti and I assumed that it would be pretty good. Are there any other specs, memory details, or just anything else that I need to know about to get a high quality image and steady frame rate?

I attached the log file that I think was closest to the time of ending the recording

If you want to see the video: https://youtu.be/TqyEUiRnwWc

Thanks for any help!

It's quite difficult. You just need to know how youtube works, what codecs it uses and when. Unfortunately, I can not provide you with an video or article. I hope my answers for other users to similar questions will help you.

I just don't want to re-write a bunch of information about it) But in short, you just have to record video in 2K resolution or higher.

That makes more sense now. Thank you so much for your help!
I also realized that the low frame rates every now in then was probably from my ram capping out.

Do you know if taking my footage through editing software would downgrade the image noticeably?
I read somewhere that if I plan to re-encode my footage through editing software and run it through YouTube's encoder that I should use a slightly higher CQP(The Rate Control I Use) level to account for both encoding processes.

You also need to use a higher quality set of output settings on your editing software. Most of the presets in editing software use fixed bitrate numbers which put a hard cap on picture quality.

Thank you!
I'll pay attention to the settings.
