Question / Help What should my stream settings be?

Hi! I'm very new to twitch streaming & wondering if streaming is even plausible/what my settings should be.
Here are my computer specs:

ASRock Fatal1ty FM2A88X+ Killer
AMD HD 6670
AMD A10-7700K APU (4x 3.50GHZ/4MB L2 Cache)
8GB RAM 6.92GB usable
C Drive has 674/930GB Free

planning on playing CS:GO and games like Civ 5 and Stardew Valley

download speed is 72.60 Mbps
upload is 6.02 Mbps
