Question / Help What should my stream settings be?

Hi! I'm very new to twitch streaming & have no clue how to get HQ streams.
Here are my computer specs:

Alienware 17 R4
Nvidia Geforce 1070
i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz, 2601Mhz, 4 cores
I have 16GB of ram.
On my C drive I have 13.4 GB free of 107.
On my D drive I have 763 free of 931

I'll be recording games such as Overwatch, PUBG, etc.

My download speed is 93241Kbps.
My upload speed is 5753Kbps.
