Question / Help What settings?

HEY!

My recordings are laggy, my game doesn't lag either those the audio.
I have been looking all over the internet but they have diffrent specs them me.
If you could help me with the settings I would be forever gratetful!

SPECS:
Harddrive: Samsung SSD 750 EVO 120GB & Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50Hz
Grafic Card: GeForceGTX 1070
RAM: 8GB
