Question / Help what settings would you recommend?

I am looking to record some CS:Go matches, my specs are as follows:

Intel i7-4700MQ @ 2.40 GHz

8GB ram

Nvidia GT755m 2GB

I use a laptop

I don't need 60fps recordings, but I don't know what settings that should be balannced

If you are streaming to Twitch you should go for 720p 30 fps at 2000-2500 bitrate. Use this as the maximum you could achieve and then if your CPU can't handle the load lower the resolution down.
