Question / Help What Settings To Use?

Hi, I want the best settings to record games like Minecraft, BTD Battles, brawlhalla and other small games without getting any lag in the video OR in the game, these are my specs.
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 6.00 GB (5.86 usable)
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64 based-processor

I have uploaded youtube videos so far, they had some lag in the video and my gaming experience was fine, but nowadays the videos just keep on freezing so I don't know what to do. This much lag in the video has never happened before.
