Question / Help What Settings Should I Use For recording GTA V?

I am wanting to locally record Grand Theft Auto V at 1080p 60fps if possible please.

Here are my PC ：

Graphics Card: iChill GeForce GTX 970 4GB
Processor: I7 6700k
Windows Version: Windows 10
RAM: 16GB

balance the fluency and quality

so i need some help :)

Simple settings:

Record quality Indistinguishable
Format FLV
Encoding x264, x264 low CPU or NVENC Try, and observer wich is best in terms of quality (should get the same) and PC overall perfoirmance (lag, mainly)
