Question / Help What settings should I stream at?

I am streaming on using OBS and I can't seem to find the right settings. I want to stream in 1080p for the game and webcam. The only trouble is I can't find a good balance.
Information you'll need to know:
* Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 TI 11 GB
* Motherboard: ASUS z170 Pro Gaming
* CPU: Intel core i7 7700k (Not overclocked, should I?)
* RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2x8GB

On speed tests my internet speed is 96 mbps for download. On upload 6 mbps
