Question / Help What settings should I be using to stream with low upload speed

Upload:0.72
I want to know settings for 360p please

Also the only game I normally stream is minecraft if that helps

Also my speed will be better when I get the time to call my provider
So it will soon be about 1 to 1.5 upload

You will be sorry to hear this man but unfortunately you just will not be able to stream. Even with a 1.5mb/s upload speed the fastest you could set your bitrate at would be around 1000 and it needs to be at least 2000 if you want any sort of quality in the stream.

I have unlimited data on my phone do you think there could be a way to transfer it from OBS to my phone and I could stream it on my phone

I'm not really looking for good quality I'm really looking for just getting it on the stream. Also, I called my provider and my plan is actually 2mb/s upload so if I was on single player would that work

640x360x30FPS Bitrate 700kbps + 128 audio = 728 Kbps total.

854x480x30FPS Bitrate 1000 Kbps + 128 audio = 1128 kbps

1066x600x30FPS Bitrate 1300 + 128 audio = 1428 Kbps (1,4 Mb)
