What setting to use for streaming VR?

I recently got a new pc and VR runs fine on it, but when wanting to stream vr, i get low frame rate in obs to the stream. What settings are good to use for my setup?

My setup:
- AMD Ryzen 7 37000X 8-Core
-16GB RAM
-B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac Motherboard
-NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2060

VR Games I have:
-Star Wars Squadrons
-VRChat
-HL: Alyx
-Beat Saber
