64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Graphics: AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB

Windows 10 Home

I have noticed that my recordings have always been choppy. Here are my OBS settings: https://imgur.com/gallery/yVldXWH

No matter what settings I do, I always get 15 FPS and its annoying. What should I change in my settings here?

You're rescaling to 1080p when your canvas resolution is 1080p... is there a reason?

Audio bitrate is 320... you might not need it quite that high, depending on what the final platform for this recording will be.

CRF 8... is this really necessary?

Have you tried just using the Simple output mode, Indistinguishable Quality, Large File Size?

If you run the Auto-Configuration Wizard from the Tools menu, what settings does it suggest? (Make a new profile if you want to keep those settings separate from your own.)

Also, can you tell me what you're intending with the x264 option "opned=true"?

Okay its been a while, I did use the auto configuration wizard and it does look slightly better. However, it records all my files in FlV format and I can't find anyway to convert them to MP4. Every website I have seen just seems untrustworthy.
