Question / Help What setting should I do for my pc build?

5700xt thicc

I want to record youtube video games 1080p or 1440p 60fps

I have a 1440p monitor so I generally want to play and record the game in 1440p so I dunno if my pc could handle that. I also want to know if its a good idea to downscale to 720 or even 900 60fps
so base canvas would be 2k
output would be 720
and filter would be lanczos right?
