What Recording settings is BEST for my laptop. (SPECS STATED BELOW)

That is a 6 generation old ultra-low power CPU (optimized for battery life, not performance) and you are asking for to run a computationally intensive workload, with tight RAM, ... so beware high expectations. 1080p30, with reasonable, to low, background processing demands, should be fine. Though, I do recommend researching the specifics of your system/model (presumably laptop, or ultra SFF mini PC) on how to monitor for thermal throttling [specific to your system]... because, you may find settings that work fine for a little bit 5-10 minutes, then performance decreases as the BIOS/OS throttle the system to prevent overheating. unfortunately, I'm not aware of a generic, cross-system reliable approach for monitoring for thermal throttling (silly hardware and OS vendors) :(

Thanks for the tip dude I might switch from less CPU straining gaming content and focus on other things. I might have to wait until I can afford a proper PC or a gaming laptop.
