Though, I do recommend researching the specifics of your system/model (presumably laptop, or ultra SFF mini PC) on how to monitor for thermal throttling [specific to your system]... because, you may find settings that work fine for a little bit 5-10 minutes, then performance decreases as the BIOS/OS throttle the system to prevent overheating. unfortunately, I'm not aware of a generic, cross-system reliable approach for monitoring for thermal throttling (silly hardware and OS vendors) :(
