So I posted on here not too long ago about my issue, fixed the issues the analyser said I was having, set my game from max graphics to medium, capped it at 60fps run obs in admin mode but now ive goen from 150 odd skipped frames to 500 in the same amount of time on the same game, how have i somehow made this worse

You're using SE.live. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by SE.live. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.
