I have a problem. When I run OBS in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
It is written there:
"Failed to initialize video. Your GPU may not be supported, or your graphics drivers may need be updated."
I have updated my graphics drivers

I guess that means your GPU is not supported?

OBS has a HARD requirement for hardware support for OpenGL 3.2
