What is this window title?

This is what shows at the top of my window when working in OBS. It mentions a scene which I no longer have. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and this still comes up. Where is this information stored and how does it decide this is the label for my window?

In OBS you can use "Profiles" to have different recording/streaming configurations available to easily switch between. It's ok to only use one profile.

Weather Sources is actually the name of a Scene Collection--not just a a particular scene. You can add/remove/import/export both Profiles and Scene Collections from the program menu--you don't need to manually find the files in the filesystem. That part of the window always shows the running version, profile and collection.
