Hi forums, I have two hopefully simple questions. What is a good level of CPU usage for streaming with OBS? I'm hitting 10-13% with my 720p webcam, and Window Capture set to a smaller resized Blender window.
And my second question, what is the best way to record myself using blender on OBS for mac? I read that window capture was implemented on the mac version, but it's slow. So what should I use when recording myself modeling on blender?

16gb RAM 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Radeon Pro 450 2GB / Intel HD Graphics 530 1535mb
