Question / Help What is the best video quality for me?

I have a dell latitude E7240 and I'm trying to stream on it but the video quality I set is rubbish I was wondering what you would suggest having the most perfect video quality for my streams.

Try the Simple Output Mode settings in this recording guide, or try the built-in auto-config wizard to start and go from there.

For future reference, an OBS log would have contained most of the relevant PC hardware information, and logs with active recording/streaming sessions would have information about where the system struggled. It's far more difficult for us to speculate at settings based on a hardware list.
