Question / Help What is the best settings for a 1070TI?

Hi everyone,
I'm currently facing issues and wish to use OBS if I can get the correct settings because my footage either comes out blurry or just not perfect when it should be... I hope anyone could help me I have the following specs
i7-8700CPU
Nvidia GeForce 1070TI

dude there is some missing important information

1. Stream/Record what settings bitrate or quality
2. Resolution/fps
3. x264/nvenc
