what is the best bit rate for 1080p 60fps my internet speed is 68.0 mbps download and 9.71 mbps upload i want to stream csgo and h1z1 kotk and if i cant hold 1080p with 60 frames is there any other options? also i want to stream on youtube

If you can't handle 1080p and 60 FPS, you can just drop the resolution or FPS. I would probably go down to 720p 60 FPS.
