what is the average wait time for resource approval?

I submitted a resource on July 6 and it's now 23 days still stuck in "awaiting approval". Is there a requirement missed? Is there a fee to be paid? Somehow it's showing 90 views which may well be each time I check it. I

looks like external resources like browser source plugins are now hardly approved. If you check the resources page you can see that the latest resource was posted less than a week ago.

That's strange that one of my resources provided in March was just approved yesterday after responding to his topic, literally a couple minutes afterwards.

It's likely that admins read the posts and maybe it triggered a response to check plugin submissions to see if any were missed, and it happens. Way back in 2011 I served as a plugin mod for WP repo and the daily submissions were just overwhelming to review and approve and some were just missed until the person raised a complaint.

I just realized that if you check yor profile page you'll see that newly reated threads are automatically deleted however if you click on them, you'll see that Pending for aproval label.
