I mean I can record 1080p60fps with ReLive (RX570) with no issues at all, but when I start livestreaming I get error in bottom left corner in OBS that I'm using too high quality etc and also while checking stream on other PC it buffer and stutter a lot. As soon as I lower to 1080p48fps it works smooth as intended but quality (audio) sometimes stutter aswel.
Is hardware encoding limited in some way and it's more intensive then recordings ? I mean on YouTube it looks solid enough with 7000/8000bitrate, on twitch I'm fine with 900p/45fps since I'm not partner or affiliate.
Just making sure to know why is that happening at all.
