What hardware for 3x 4k60 + 3x 1080p ➡️ 4k60?

Hello,

what desktop pc hardware do I need at least that can handle
3x 4k 60 Hz and 3x 1080p as input and combine it to an 4k 60 Hz output stream?

I don't know, but I do know that more details on your planned setup is required to provide any meaningful comments
ex - are you planning CPU intensive plugins/filters/effects, like chromakeying, noise cancellation, etc?
will these cameras be USB connected, HDMI vs capture card, or USB, or ?? if USB, beware USB Root hub overload
etc

sorry for the late response.

The final video is composed as flowing:
the main part is a presentation which comes per video feed. On the right will be a video of the presenting person. 1 of 3 angles.
On the lower 1/3 are two additional video feeds.

We use PCIe based HDMI capture cards and USB-C based capture cards.

There are no CPU intensive tasks planed. Except image overlay and a scene with video playback.
While the video is playing no camera feed is composed into the final video.
