What happens if i set my fps to 60 when the auto-configuration wizard recommended 30 fps on my low-end Laptop?

What happens if i set my fps to 60 when the auto-configuration wizard recommended 30 fps on my low-end Laptop?
will anything change with the performance when it is set to 60?

You'll end up with rendering and encoding lag most likely, meaning lots and lots of skipped frames. If the auto-config wizard recommended 30, it likely means your hardware will not be able to keep up with the very processing-intensive task of real-time video encoding.

60fps is almost 2X the work of 30fps.. so yes, expect problems
Do yourself a favor... see if you can even get 30fps working. You may have to optimize your Operating System, and OBS, for running on an under-powered system. *if* you get that working, then see about increasing certain settings, 1 at a time, and still heaving enough headroom for normal variability [so don't expect to run CPU at 95%+ for an extended period of time, and not have things 'break']
