Doesn't matter what version of OBS, as I've tried several and problem still continues. I've tried deleting all files and reinstalling yet the OBS witchcraft keeps bringing my old problem back from the dead. Every. Single.Time.
PC is MBP with Ventura 13.1 installed. OBS was working fine until I got the bright idea to install the background removal script. During installation I hit a wrong button and it messed it up. I tried to go back and reinstall but the damage was already done. Updated the software to a newer version thinking it might help me install the new script and that's when the virtual camera stopped working. My cameras connect to OBS just fine, but zoom shows the little OBS screen with the cross over the camera. I have deleted OBS almost a dozen times and reinstalled most of the previous versions but it still has the same problem. I've also been battling a previous problem for months about sources that were deleted by me and every time OBS opens, it tries to locate them. They are gone, never to return. OBS, get over it and accept it!
Anyway, someone please help me figure this out. I love OBS but WTF is up this?! If you delete an app and all files associated with said app, how does it come back with the same settings and programs?! At this point I don't care if I lose all my previous settings, I just want the app to work again.
