Question / Help what does my stream lag when i move in games?

When I am playing the game (Overwatch) the stream has the same quality, but has around 5-10 fps. Despite this the game is running at 70-80 fps and Obs is telling me that it is running at 60 fps. Despite this I have 5-10 fps on my twitch stream (the same thing happened on youtube streaming as well)
My PC components are:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600x six-core processor 3.60 GHz
8 GB of DDR4 RAM
1050ti graphics card

Please help me since I have been looking for hours now and still have found no solutions.
