What do you use to capture desktop audio?

I'm on OBS 29, Big Sur

I've been using SWB Audio App to capture my desktop audio, but for the second time their server (which also checks if you have a subscription) has gone down.

So I'm in the market for a new way to capture desktop audio. What do you use?
