Question / Help what do i need to know to record my deskop win10

can someone explain to me from install to to recording what i need to do so i can record my desktop and all the windows i open from it please.

I have no idea how to get any thing more then my web browser and i do not want that

just letting you know i do not have a capture card but i have what ever is built in to windows 10
