Is the following laptop adequate to live stream at 720p 60 fps?
Is the following laptop adequate to record at 720p 60 fps?

2. ghz dual core T 6400 64 bit 4 gb ram.

If not, please recommend the minimum fully adequate setup.

I may use up to 3 cameras.

I live on SS, so cost is a significant factor.

A 2 ghz dual core chip with 4gb of ram just wont run a stream that you're asking for effectively.

Laptops are also not fantastic for streaming as they overheat quite easily. 60 FPS takes a SIGNIFICANT amount of CPU power to run unfortunately, and running 3 cameras with that CPU even at 30 FPS may be a long shot mate.

I'm no expert but just gonna give a little bit of advice so dont take it as Gospel!, but I would Recommend atleast a:

2.5ghz+ Quad Core Intel/AMD equivilant. (Your rig has to run fast to be able to keep that sweet 60FPS)

8gb Ram (This is so your rig can keep up with the tasks of 3 cameras on top of the stream and the 60FPS) also how powerful are these cameras?

Graphics cards are not so important with streaming unless you are playing graphically intensive stuff.

64bit OS is fine that wont change much other than what you download to get the stream going.
