Question / Help What components to upgrade first for streaming?

Hi, I just tried streaming some Overwatch and MTG on twitch.tv to get a feel for the programs, the stream seemed fine at 720p and for the most part, but the game was not great, even though it still said 60fps, it felt much more choppy and had instances of heavy framerate drop despite remaining at "60 fps" on my counter.
My current pc has:
i5 7600
GTX 1060 6gb
8gb of RAM
with a 4.8 mb/s upload speed.
Do you think my issue comes from my pc? or how I'm using obs?
Thank you for any input

13:35:38.974: OBS 21.0.1 (64bit, windows)

Update to the latest OBS. But this probably isn't the cause of your issues.

15:04:46.043: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 16433/157927 (10.4%)

Encoding lag usually means a web cam eating all the USB bandwidth, making the CPU wait, or that your CPU is overloaded. I don't see a webcam in your logs so I think its your CPU. An i7 CPU would be a lot better than your i5.
