I searched the guide forum but I don't see anything specific about increasing upload resiliency against packet loss. There should be a short list of mitigations available.
Just eyeballing the Advanced Settings, I see Stream Delay (which sounds like a buffer and might work), Dynamically change bitrate (which doesn't sound like a buffer and probably won't work), and Enable network optimizations (which gives no indication of what it is). Are there any best practices about packet loss resiliency in official documentation?
