Question / Help What bitrate should I use?

I have 17 mbps on upload, what bitrate should I use?
Because obs give me issues signal with the red square every 10 sec, on 2500 bitrate.

if you're getting issues just at 2500 bitrate with that kind of an upload speed then I would switch the server that you're broadcasting to. see if that helps. use TwitchTest to see which one is best for you
