My current Internet service has upload speeds of 3Mbps. What sort of bitrate would I be able to maintain consistently for a livestream? And what resolution would look acceptable at that bitrate? Would a bitrate of 2000kbps be able to be consistently maintained? And if I were livestreaming at 1280x720 resolution @ 30.000fps and have it look like not-trash at that bitrate?
