What bitrate is good for recording at frames higher than 60 fps

I have a 165hz monitor and wanted to record at 144fps or 165fps anyone know good bitrates for those?

Don't use bitrate numbers for recording, and don't record at those FPS values (165/144) if you're uploading to online video services.

Use CQP or CRF rate control and set the level to 14
and record at 60fps. recording at 144 or 165fps will make your videos be a juddery mess on online video services.
