What are the best settings for this pc

Hello there, i have been trying to record on the minimum settings like 720p 30fps and have been testing bitrate but always lags.
for the past year i have been using simple mode lossless quality bicose i have 1000gb space.
Hire are my specs if you can help me:
Mother board:ASrock
Q1900M
CPU: Intel® Quad-Core Processor J1900 (2 GHz) it says that on the model but its 1999GHz if it maters
Memory:8gb ram ddr4
x64 based
graphics card is and:Amd r7 240 2gb
vram:2048
HyperMemory 950MHz

That is a very low-end CPU from 2013 and you are trying to do real-time video encoding which is VERY computationally demanding.

I recommend monitoring hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc) utilization [for ex. using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to see if your system is being maxed out with your settings [which I'm sure it is]
And do you have a HDD or an SSD. If you have a single HDD, you may be running into disk i/o contention, or throughput limitation trying to save lossless video

thx for the reply yes i am on a hard disc not on ssd but i will try youre methode and see if somthing else works good like lossless just less gb of video
