Question / Help What are the best OBS settings for no lag and good quality for my computer?

I want to know what the best OBS settings for my computer are. My pc got reset recently, before I had no lagg and quality, but I haven't saved my old settings anywhere. Can someone help me out with getting the best settings for my pc back?
My recordings are never smooth and all ways have a bit of lagg. Already tried the official help and other videos on youtube etc, but they all just don't work out for me ;/.

AMD A10-7800 Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G

Video Card
AMD Radeon R7 200 Series

RAM
8.0 GB

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 10 (build 14393), 64-bit

Encoder AMD AMF

With those settings:
12:29:48.205: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 175 (5.0%) ---> CPU overloaded
12:29:48.205: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 18 (0.5%) ---> GPU near limits

So, try recoimmended settings.

12:27:29.836: [AMF Encoder] No detected GPU supports H264 encoding.
I think you can´t use AMD AMF encoder, so try x264 low cpu.
