when i ran OBS I was lagging a bit and my pc fps from 100 to 40

what are the best settings for my pc?

Hi,

Given the CPU is very weak and duel core this wont yield great results for streaming. Assuming you want to stream your max bitrate looking at your upload is 1500.

Can you post your log from OBS, how to do this is a stick on the forum if you are not sure how to.
